This meal is super quick, easy, tasty and has the potential to be pretty healthy (unless you’re a massive cheese fiend like me!) and cheap. All you need is a pack of tortilla wraps, a jar of pizza sauce , cheese and whatever toppings you want. We used the ASDA tomato and basil pizza topper which was delicious and only £1 for the jar which can be used for approximately 4 pizzas.

Toppings:

To my pizza (below) I added grated mozzarella, cheddar, goats cheese, chorizo, red onion and smoked sausage – delicious!

Method:

Pre-heat your oven to about 190 degrees and cook for approximtely 10-15 minutes on a baking tray or pizza tray. Basically just keep an eye on your pizza and you’ll be able to see when it’s ready.

Alternatively you could add some Southern-fried chicken strips, cheese and sausage as my other half did.

I love these pizzas and will definitely be making then again. Next time I’ll try one with roasted vegetables, and obviously lots more cheese!
